Why work with me?

I’m passionate about taking a data-driven approach to informing my clients about nutrition, developing roadmaps for success, troubleshooting plateaus and ultimately setting you up for a LIFETIME of success. My goal, with all of my clients, is to create a sustainable nutritional foundation through constant client education and a collaborative relationship. What my clients learn can be used for the rest of their lives to keep them in optimal shape, with the capacity to accommodate any weight loss/gain or performance goals they may have in the future.

What is Flexible Nutrition? It is all about catering to your body’s needs. What works for your friend, family member, or co-worker, is unlikely to be the recipe for success that gives you the results YOU want. I look at several different factors specific to you as an individual. With this information, I work with you to figure out which approach is right for you and your goals. From there, you’ll be asked to be aware of how you’re feeling so we can constantly tweak our game plan until we find that sweet spot.

How long will you need to work with me?

It depends on the client. I have clients who have been working with me for over a year, who show no signs of stepping away. And others who utilize my guidance for 3-4 months and continue on their own. It really depends on the individual's goals and needs. What I can tell you is that those who are on my program for a minimum of 6 months, show the best results.
